Putney Bridge
I headed down to Fulham today for a work meeting, taking in Putney Bridge Underground Station on the District Line, the River Cafe outside was excellent. I'll be back down a few miles away tomorrow at Loftus Road.

Early start, and a nice clear morning here in Manchester for the first of two trips to this part of London in as many days.
Cheltenham Spa Train Station
I took advantage of a recent work trip to take a few photographs around Cheltenham Spa Train Station, run by GWR.
The main station is a striking white building, and though the facilities are limited to a coffee shop on the Southbound platform and a conservatory of a waiting room, there is an excellent GCM coffee shop over the road from the station.

Growing up in Walsall, Birmingham New Street was the gateway to the rest of the world.

I always forget that Southampton Airport Parkway is a much better connected way of visiting Eastleigh by rail, than Eastleigh station itself.

Burnley Manchester Road
Waiting for the 07:21 train into Leeds from Burnley Manchester Road this morning.
I’d lived in Burnley for almost 5 years before I realised I could actually get a direct train into Leeds.
East India Wharf
It’s been a wee while since I stood here.
East India Wharf - I always stay out here when working in the city…. Just a pleasant overground ride in to Tower Gateway.
