Very sad story in the BBC. Though I would never have thought that childhood dementia mortality might be even in the same ballpark as that of childhood cancer.

Currently stuck somewhere between knowing that training is great for my mental health, and lacking motivation to train because my resilience has taken a hit. Hoping to reset that over the next week.

I went to hospital for an abdominal ultrasound scan this morning. Despite the setting, I'm definitely not pregnant - though I'll need to wait another week or so for any further results.
